The New Kensington-Arnold School Board will have a Finance Committee Meeting on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Board Room at VJSHS, 703 Stevenson Boulevard, New Kensington, and also virtually via Microsoft Teams. There will not be an Education Committee Meeting in March. Regular monthly meetings will resume in April.

The Nutrition Group and New Kensington-Arnold School District will be offering after-school meals to school-age children in the Community. Beginning Tuesday, March 4th, 2025 meals will be served at Roy A Hunt Elementary School, 1701 Alcoa Drive, Arnold, Tuesday’s and Thursday’s only, 3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

The program is free and open to all school-age children are 18 years of age or younger at the start of the 2024-2025 school year. Admission is open to all regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability. For more information, click the title above to view the flyer.

The General School Board Meeting of the New Kensington-Arnold School District will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. The New Kensington-Arnold School Board Athletic Committee Meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 13, has been cancelled.

Celebrate Black History Month at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art on Sunday, February 9, 2025. There will be live music performances, community partner tables, art activities for all ages, and black-owned food vendors . The event is free and open to all. To register for a free round-trip shuttle leaving New Kensington at 9:30 a.m. and returning at 3:15 p.m., visit www.showclix.com/event/new-kensington-shuttle.
