Willie Thrower Homecoming Parade and Festival - October 12, 2023 The Willie Thrower Homecoming Parade will take place this evening, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The route will go from Fifth Avenue and Drey Street in Arnold to Fifth Avenue and 10th Street in New Kensington.The Willie Thrower Homecoming Festival and Senior Recognition Night will immediately follow at Valley High School Memorial Stadium.
