Program Overview
The New Kensington-Arnold School District School Counselors will provide a comprehensive K-12 developmental school counseling program reflective of the American School Counselor Association National Standards and model. NKASD School Counselors are professional student advocates who, in partnership with parents, staff, local businesses, and post-secondary institutions, will assist all students to have equitable access to acquire academic, personal/social and career skills needed to become effective students, responsible citizens and life-long learners.
